Position:          Project Coordinator

For our growing team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee our global sea freight shipments for export, cross-trade, and import
• Manage medium- and large-scale logistic projects
• Ensure timely handling of transport orders
• Create and process freight and customs invoices, produce import and export documentation, and customs declarations
• Organize and monitor global transports, handling customer orders comprehensively from quotation to invoicing
• Plan and organize national and international oversized or heavy transports requiring special permits – including truck, rail and FTL, LTL
• Prepare quotations and cost calculations; create transport orders

Profile:

• Interested in the diverse facets of the international logistics supply chain
• Successfully completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping
• Professional experience in the logistics industry, gained through employment, internships, or as a working student
• A solid foundation in vocational training or studies focused on logistics, or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in export handling and familiarity with customs regulations
• Knowledge of import/export processes is an advantage but not mandatory
• Experience in project logistics is an asset
• Strong communication skills and confidence in using the phone when needed
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating with international partners in English. Additional languages are a benefit.
