The Trans Global Projects Group is run by a stable management team with a strong track record.
A founder of Trans Global Projects in 1988, Colin uses more than three decades of experience in the sector to lead the Group’s global business strategy. Whilst he is proud of the successful international company TGP has become, one of his defining moments was the award to the company of a total logistics contract for one of the first generation of mega-projects in 2000. To this day, this giant gas condensate project remains one of the most innovative contracts of its type ever undertaken in the project logistics industry.
Andrew takes overall financial responsibility for Trans Global Projects. Previously, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for two international mining companies. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, Andrew worked in various locations, for example in the Far East, the Commonwealth of Independent States and in Africa. His international background and strong financial and industry expertise ensure that Andrew is ideally equipped for the challenge of developing the Group’s businesses in international markets.
Responsible for the acquisition and development of business worldwide, Matt supports Trans Global Projects’ various regional subsidiaries to ensure each contract is a success. During his nearly 30 years with the group, Matt has been resident or semi-resident in five countries, conducting business in more than 60 countries around the world. One of the most satisfying aspects about his work is the international teamwork he regularly experiences as individuals pull together to overcome the many challenges of each project.
Marc has been with Trans Global Projects for over 20 years. During that time, he successfully managed a plethora of major projects across a range of worldwide locations, most notably in countries such as Kazakhstan, Russia, the North Sea, New Caledonia, Australia and Iraq. Marc has a UK degree in Maritime Law and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. He is presently the Group Operations Director and based in Houston, USA.
Previously based in China, Simon joined Trans Global Projects' Perth office in 2009. From there he led the Australia team’s highly successful achievements in executing numerous technically challenging logistics contracts for some of the country’s largest oil and gas, mining and power projects in recent years. To further develop our already well-established office in the Middle East, Simon relocated to Dubai, where he led our team in the Middle East for several years before returning back to Perth to take up his wider role of CEO, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Steve joined Trans Global Projects in 2022 as Global Chartering Director to manage charter contracts and oversee global carrier policies and relationships. Over his nearly 30 years in the industry, Steve has held senior leadership positions at various global shipping companies within operational and chartering divisions. With a wealth of experience in the projects sector, Steve leads our Group in providing tailor-made chartering solutions to clients around the world.
Steve joined Trans Global Projects Australia in 2010 to look after the country’s growing project portfolio. His 25 years’ experience in the local mining, oil and gas and energy sectors assisted in the execution of a number of technically challenging projects for some of the world’s biggest companies. In 2015 Steve was appointed as a director to help drive the company’s success further.
Ashleigh joined Trans Global Projects in 2018 to oversee the company’s activities in Australia’s eastern states. Having worked in supply chain management and project logistics for more than 25 years, Ashleigh brings a wealth of industry expertise, a strong customer focus and a solution-oriented approach. Prioritising continual learning and development, she has attained multiple industry qualifications and awards for high-performance leadership. Today, she guides our local teams in serving key clients across the region, strategically planning and executing projects and advancing the future of the Group’s activities in eastern Australia.
Renato joined Trans Global Projects in 2022 to lead the Group in providing tailor-made logistics services to customers across Brazil. With well over a decade of experience in the logistics industry, Renato has held senior positions in business development and project management at various global companies. Bringing strong knowledge of the Brazilian market and a client-orientated mindset, Renato guides our local teams delivering complex projects for numerous industries.
Azer joined Trans Global Projects in 1993 and is based in Baku, Azerbaijan. While much of his over 20-year career in project logistics has been based around the energy industry, Azer’s expertise has also been used by Hollywood, as he was in charge of meeting James Bond’s logistics needs in "The World is Not Enough". Due to his broad experience, Azer is responsible for the company being recognised today as one of the leading logistics providers in this energy-rich geographical region.
Churchill joined Trans Global Projects as Managing Director China in 2019 to oversee and promote the Group’s expertise across Greater China. Bringing over 15 years of experience in international logistics, Churchill is well versed in all aspects of project logistics management, with specialties in the oil and gas, power and renewables sectors. Utilising his extensive business and cultural knowledge of the Far East, Churchill leads our Group in providing tailor-made logistics services to clients in China across numerous industries.
Andreas joined Trans Global Projects in 2021. As Managing Director Germany & Benelux, Andreas oversees all of TGP’s current activities and drives the Group’s growth strategies in the region. Bringing over two decades of experience in the logistics industry, Andreas has held various senior management roles at numerous leading European logistics companies. His strong background in the project management sector and deep understanding of business development inside the German & Benelux markets ensure Andreas is well equipped to further advance the future of the Group’s subsidiaries in the area.
Having been with the company since 1996, Marco is a long-standing member of the management team. He divides his time between the Group’s offices in Zurich, Switzerland and Sao Paulo, Brazil overseeing the Group’s Latin American activities as well as the business development of various European clients. Marco has over 30 years of experience in business development, planning and execution in various different parts of the world, including Latin America, Europe and the USA. Bringing the ideal combination of European efficiency and Latin flexibility, Marco’s capabilities complement the Group’s leadership team seamlessly.
Drew joined Trans Global Projects in 2023. As President North America, Drew leads the Group’s business development and operational excellence in the USA from Houston, TX. With well over a decade of extensive project logistics experience with multiple global companies and a strong technical background in dimensional rail, barging and super loads, Drew augments the Group with creative and dependable solutions for TGP’s clients throughout North America.
Dominic Toh joined Trans Global Projects in January 2024 as Director, Singapore. He brings over three decades of expertise working in the project cargo industry, including for major multinational project logistics organisations. His role is aimed at capitalising on the strong project cargo growth in southeast Asia, with a particular focus on the oil and gas and power verticals in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, while building up TGP’s capabilities and presence throughout the region and globally.
Peter joined Trans Global Projects in 2020. Having worked for numerous major European freight forwarders over the last three decades, Peter brings a wealth of industry knowledge. Leveraging his extensive freight forwarding expertise, Peter leads our Swiss team in providing first-class project forwarding services for ocean and road freight.
Patrick has been with Trans Global Projects since 2014. Bringing over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, Patrick has worked at several leading companies in logistics, both in Switzerland and abroad. Utilising his knowledge of local and international markets, Patrick drives business growth and leads our company in delivering exceptional experiences to clients across Switzerland.
Bruno has been with Trans Global Projects' daughter company Natco AG since 2001, when he joined as Managing Director Air Freight. He leads all air-freight activities in Europe as well as contributes to the import/export business and international collaboration. Having worked as Logistics Director Europe for a large supplier and Country Manager for a leading airline, he brings relevant industry insights to our day-to-day business. His combined expertise in logistics, air freight and regulatory procedures adds significant value to our company.
Ard joined TGP in early 2020 to further develop the Group’s operational excellence. During the previous 22 years and spanning four continents, Ard worked for EPC contractors, heavy lift equipment owners and project freight forwarders, including extended assignments spent at numerous construction sites. The practical experience he gained at a management level across a spectrum of the project logistics industry enables him from a Group level to shape how TGP facilitates its operational teams, and, when required, support the execution of work, hands-on.
Latchezar joined TGP in 2020 as CargoWise/IT Manager to support the Group on its CargoWise journey and bring a fresh approach to IT in general. Coming from a non-technical background and with two decades of freight forwarding experience in various operational roles, Latchezar transitioned into systems & IT management with the ability to understand operational necessities and deliver practical IT and efficiency solutions. The continual digital transformation of the Group has become a key objective for the business under Latchezar’s strategic management.
Galina joined TGP in early 2022 in the position of Contracts Manager, bringing with her decades of industry experience in logistics and commercial & contract management gained within the mining and oil & gas industries. Combined with her Master of Laws degree in International Maritime Law, Galina has a deep understanding of contracts, contracts’ governance and contractual language. Her broad experience and knowledge enables her to provide strategic contractual advice to the Group’s management team during tender and project implementation stages.
Zaur joined TGP in 2024 following over 20 years’ experience in the project logistics industry, including periods spent internationally with recognized project freight management companies. In past senior positions, he has been Head of Global Special Projects, Global Head of Pricing and Global Operations Executive. Based in the UK, Zaur is an expert in the multi-faceted elements of project logistics delivery and occupies the role of TGP’s Global Tender Manager.
Eva joined TGP in 2024 as Global Head of Communications and Marketing, bringing with her two decades of experience across industries such as logistics, telecommunications, and research. With a strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and content strategy, Eva is focused on enhancing TGP's global brand presence and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Her expertise in aligning communication efforts with business goals, combined with her leadership in public relations, positions her to elevate TGP's visibility and reputation in the market. Under her guidance, the continuous development of cohesive global communication strategies will be a key focus for the Group.
Monica joined TGP in April 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health, safety, quality, and environmental fields. As a Chartered Member of IOSH and a registered Fire Engineer, Monica has dedicated her entire career to the transportation industry. Based in the UK, Monica leads the Compliance Team as the Group Compliance Manager, ensuring adherence to global standards and helping TGP exceed customer expectations. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Monica is committed to achieving excellence in compliance.
