Terms & Conditions

Trans Global Projects (TGP) conducts its operations through various companies within the TGP network. Each business transaction is governed by the relevant standard trading conditions, which differ across subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensees. These terms are automatically included in all contracts, except when alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing. You will find the applicable trading conditions outlined below.

AUSTRALIA (BRISBANE) – All business undertaken by TGP Logistics Pty Ltd is transacted in accordance with the Standard Terms and Trading Conditions of the International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia (IFCBAA). AUSTRALIA (PERTH) – All business undertaken by Trans Global Projects Logistics Pty Ltd is transacted in accordance with the Standard Terms and Trading Conditions of the International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia (IFCBAA). FINLAND – All business undertaken by Trans Global Projects Oy is transacted in accordance with the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015) with the following exceptions.
Please note: The provisions relating to time guarantees in § 7.2 and § 19.2 shall not apply, and Trans Global Projects Oy does not accept any time guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing. Furthermore, the obligation to arrange storage insurance for the risks of fire, water and burglary for the goods as set out in § 25 A shall not apply, and no insurance will be provided by Trans Global Projects Oy unless expressly requested and confirmed in writing.
These conditions limit our liability for loss, damage and delay of goods, grant us a lien over goods for outstanding charges, and impose specific time limits for the notification of claims and commencement of legal proceedings.

GERMANY (NATCO) – All business undertaken by Natco GmbH (a Trans Global Projects company) is transacted in accordance with the latest version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen –ADSp– (German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions) and, insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services, the Logistik-AGB 2019 of the Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik (DSLV).
Please note: In clause 23 the ADSp deviate from the statutory liability limitation in section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) by limiting the liability for damage to cargo caused during multimodal transports that include sea carriage and caused at an unknown location to 2 SDR per kilogram of cargo. For other damages to cargo, a liability limitation of 8,33 SDR per kilogram of cargo applies, with a maximum of EUR 1,25 million per claim and EUR 2,5 million per event, but not less than 2 SDR per kilogram of cargo.

SINGAPORE – All business undertaken by Trans Global Projects Logistics Pte Ltd is transacted in accordance with the latest Standard Terms and Trading Conditions of the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA). SWITZERLAND (Natco) – All business undertaken by Natco AG (a Trans Global Projects company) is transacted in accordance with the latest General Conditions (2005) of SPEDLOGSWISS – Swiss Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association. UAE (DMCC) – All business undertaken by TGP Logistics DMCC is transacted in accordance with the latest Standard Trading Conditions of the National Association of Freight and Logistics (NAFL). UAE (FZE) – All business undertaken by Transglobal Projects Middle East FZE is transacted in accordance with the latest Standard Trading Conditions of the National Association of Freight and Logistics (NAFL). UNITED KINGDOM – All business undertaken by Trans Global Projects Ltd is transacted in accordance with the latest Standard Trading Conditions of the British International Freight Association (BIFA 2025).
